PROMOTION

Ministry of the Future x Sunslayer Instagram Giveaway (the "Promotion").

PROMOTER

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Wednesday 11 March 2026 and closes at 10:00am AEDT on Wednesday 25 March 2026 (Promotion Period). No entries will be accepted after this time.

WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion Period. Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, subsidiaries, and associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow both @Ministryofthefuture and @Sunslayer.co Instagram accounts;

2. Like the official competition post on either @Ministryofthefuture or @Sunslayer.co official Instagram profile; and

3. Tag one (1) friend in the comments section of the competition post.

Each valid action meeting the above criteria constitutes one (1) entry.

Entrants can enter multiple times (each separate eligible action counts as an additional entry), provided each entry is submitted separately and complies with these Terms and Conditions. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.

The use of any automated entry software, mechanical or electronic devices, or other means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

Entries are deemed received at the time they are actually received by Instagram/the Promoter, not when sent. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry that (in its opinion) breaches these Terms and Conditions, Instagram's terms of use, or any content guidelines.

Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted.

PRIZES

There are four (4) prizes to be won.

Each prize pack (valued at approximately AUD $175 RRP, including GST) consists of:

• 4 x SLAY SCREEN SPF 50 Mineral Sunscreen 100mL

• 1 x SLAY SPF Brush | Retractable Travel Brush

• 1 x SLAY Spatula - Sustainable Skincare Spatula

• 1 x beauty bag

• 1 x pair of handmade earrings from @trashfishrecycled

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration. The prize values are accurate as at the time of preparation of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value after that date.

If a prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Any costs not expressly included in the prize description (including but not limited to travel, delivery outside standard Australia Post, taxes, insurance) are the responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE POOL

Total prize pool: approximately AUD $700 RRP (including GST).

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

This is a game of chance. A random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be conducted at 2:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 25 March 2026.

The first four (4) complete and eligible entries drawn will each win one prize. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries (in order) in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, or a winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize.

Winners will be notified by private Instagram direct message (DM) from the official @Ministryofthefuture or @Sunslayer.co account only, within a reasonable time after the draw. Winners must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification.

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact winners. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, or cannot be contacted, or does not provide required verification/details, their entry will be deemed invalid and the prize may be redrawn.

Winners will be publicly announced via Instagram Stories on or before Wednesday 8 April 2026 (or as soon as practicable thereafter).

The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

To claim the prize, winners must follow the instructions provided in the notification DM (which may include providing verification of identity, age, residency, and delivery address within Australia). Prizes will be delivered to the Australian address provided by the winner (standard Australia Post or courier delivery; Promoter not liable for loss/damage in transit).

SOCIAL MEDIA

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Any information provided is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram. Entrants release Instagram and its associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion.

GENERAL

1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network, or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries/claims whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

2. The Promoter may declare any or all entries invalid and prohibit further participation if an entrant: tampers with the entry process; submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms; acts disruptively or with intent to annoy/abuse/threaten/harass; or engages in conduct the Promoter considers unfair, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the Promotion or Promoter's reputation.

3. Winners and entrants may be required (at no cost) to participate in reasonable promotional activity (e.g. photography, content use) surrounding the Promotion or prize win, and consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness and entry content for promotional purposes.

4. If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to any cause beyond the Promoter's control (including virus, bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure), the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate affected entries, subject to regulatory directions.

5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated agencies and companies, and Instagram will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, injury or death suffered in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to conduct the Promotion, notify winners, and for marketing/promotional purposes. See the Promoter's privacy policy (available via official channels) for details.

7. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions where required for legal compliance or error correction. It is the entrant's responsibility to review the current version at time of entry.
